U.S.S. Enterprise, NCC-1701-C

The Ambassador class starship was built at Earth Station McKinley. The Ambassador
class starship is 526 meters long in overall length. One of the most famous Ambassador
class starships was the U.S.S. Enterprise, NCC-1701-C. The U.S.S. Enterprise helped
to secure peace between the United Federation of Planets and the Klingon Empire, by
responding to a distress call given by the Klingons while they were being attacked by
the Romulans. During the battle a photon torpedo detonated near the Enterprise
opening a temporal rift and sent the ship 22 years forward in time causing an alternate
time line in which the Klingons were involved in a bitter war, against the Federation.
In this war the Federation was almost ready to surrender, and it was then figured out
that if the Enterprise (NCC-1701-C) went back through the war would never be started.
The U.S.S. Enterprise was destroyed by the Romulans in the year of 2344, but also
existed in the year 2366.
